A great way to practice mindfulness
"A great story! I love that it shows an African American family doing yoga together. I also appreciated the fact that the story was from a child’s perspective. It makes it very relatable. What I enjoyed the most was the “I spy game” and the “Sydnorville favorites”, at the end of the story. My little one enjoyed it."
